These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("You" or "User") and StarPlay Interactive Limited ("We", "Us", or "Our"; Company Registration Number: 78495457-000-07-25-4, Registered Address: Flat E19, 10/F, No.52 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong (Pak Ben Centre)). These Terms govern your access to and use of [Puzzle King - Hot meme challenge] (the "Game"), a mobile application available on Google Play . By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the data processing terms of our ad partners (including AppLovin MAX). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
You agree to use the Game solely for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
• Using third-party software, tools, or modifications (such as hacks, cheats, or bots) to manipulate game data, bypass in-game restrictions, or gain an unfair advantage in the Game.
• Copying, distributing, selling, leasing, or otherwise monetizing the Game, its code, art resources, music, or any other content without our prior written consent.
• Interfering with the Game’s servers, networks, or other users’ experience (such as conducting distributed denial-of-service attacks, sending spam, or harassing other users).
• Creating or using accounts containing offensive, illegal, infringing, or misleading content (such as nicknames with hate speech, trademarks, or others’ personal information).
We have the right to take corrective actions against violations of these rules, including issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or terminating game access, without prior notice.
The Game may display third-party advertisements (e.g., interstitial ads, rewarded videos) through the AppLovin MAX ad mediation SDK ("MAX SDK"). We do not endorse the content, products, or services offered in these advertisements, and we shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your interaction with them. You may earn in-game rewards by watching rewarded videos, but fraudulent or repeated ad engagement (without genuine interaction) is prohibited. We share limited device information (e.g., Android ID, device model) with AppLovin MAX solely for the purpose of ad delivery and performance measurement, and such sharing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and AppLovin’s data processing terms.
All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to software code, trademarks, logos, art resources, music, sound effects, and game play concepts, belong to StarPlay Interactive Limited or our licensors. These rights are protected by global copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Without our explicit written consent, you may not copy, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Game or its content.
4. Service Changes and Termination
We may update the Game from time to time to improve performance, fix bugs, or add new features. You may need to install these updates to continue using the Game. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or part of its services at any time. If we decide to terminate the Game, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice through in-game pop-ups or official communication channels.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Game is error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Game’s content or third-party advertisements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StarPlay Interactive Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases (if applicable) or $100 USD, whichever is lower.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in business practices or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify you through in-game pop-ups or emails (if available). Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Game.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
